Busy weekends Busy Busy Busy!!

Now, what happened during the last few days.. Hmm..

Nigel's birthday lunch on Friday, contractor came down for toilet doors measurement (Finally!), surprise birthday cake at Vivocity for Isabella which didn't really turn out to be a surprise and finally Sakura Buffet with family on Sunday. Meeting a twitter
friend for dinner on the coming Tuesday (at last!), Ah Girl's birthday dinner on this coming Friday and farewell lunch for our Intern the following Friday. Phew that's quite a lot of list, for me at least!

Did some window-shopping earlier and we went to Kiddy Palace. There's plush toys loads of them.. Childrens' wear.. Toys.. Toys.. Toys.. It's Kiddy Palace! What do you expect to find there? Obviously everything that's related to a kiddy..! I'm so attracted to the plush toys, as usual.. And baby boys' clothing.. It's so adorable to see and touch all these small shirts, mittens, shoes and newborn's clothing..

Enough of all that. Update on what's being the current crazy thing nowadays.. It's the Oppa Gangnam!! Hahaha! I'm sure in 5 or 10 years down the road, we'll still be enjoying this funny (can I classify it as that?) music video done by Psy, a Korean celebrity.

There's been a few video parodies made for this craze for Oppa Gangnam.. Come on! Even Ellen DeGeneres and Britney Spears knew about it Britney even learnt the dance steps taught by none other than Psy! Out of the few parodies, I really like the one made by a local man. It's funny and the words are catchy.

Long Read - He who needs no introduction

Since I am still very much into Salman Khan still, I shall find time to one day write a proper post on him. I think I have before but I can always write another one. Because just one post on Salman is not enough. Just like how I just can't get enough of him.

The clock struck 12 and yet I'm still not asleep.

I was supposed to write a blogpost tonight remembering my days as students in Ngee Ann Poly especially the still-strong memories of having to lug my laptop around in those days. You see we didn't have internet connection when I just started Poly. I'll remember to write about it in another post some day.

LOL. I just can't stop this obsession of mine, can I? Growing up watching Hindi films and later found him good-looking, started reading up on him, followed his news through out the years and yet, I'm still so very in love with him. I hope just one day when I finally found the person I'm meant to be with, the love will be the same as what I'm feeling for Salman Khan. The always there love..

12.34am on a weekday. I should have been asleep by now going by how I was so sleepy earlier. Youtube-d a few songs and ended with AXL - Akulah Kekasihmu. This song is still playing in the background as I'm typing this post. Poor song has been on loop for 5 times now.

Those words in bold left quite a deep impression on my mind and my heart and it makes me slightly emotional. Tiba-tiba aku bayangkan betapa indahnya kata-kata ini jika diucapkan sang kakasih hati. Bayangkan si dia mengatakan kepada diri ini bagaimana dia akan sanggup untuk bersusah payah untuk bersama selama-lamanya.. Kan so sweet gitu..!

I am fully aware that this full song has the meaning that the lover is still wishing to be with someone they love though the other party may have found someone else. So what I have describe in the sentence above refers to only part of the song that are in bold.

I do not know why but hearing the words over and over again it is as though I am in love. Sometimes I wonder myself why certain songs like Don't Speak, No Doubt or Someone Like You, Adele can have a deep impression on me as if I have gone through the heartbreak and all. Luckily for me I am still spared the heartbreaking experience..

I wonder when I will ever meet you....Will there ever be a chance of us meeting on the street as what I had secretly wish for. Just like a scene from a book or the film where we might just bump into each other and the next thing you know we are madly in love with one another...

Keeping the hope that one day maybe one day we might meet..

Long Read - Friday, 7 Sept 2012

Alone at the desk during lunch time. Actually, not really as there's some others who are staying in office during lunch time recently. It's the HAZE!! The haze has returned..

Anyways today's post will be a random ranting sort-of way kind of post..

Firstly let's recall the annoying moment I felt this morning while taking the train.. Simply can't understand why people has to walk right in front of your face when there's lots of space around. Even if there's limited space, there is still something called personal space! Well that happened on the train platform. On the train, this passenger had to stand real near to me till our shoulder met. What annoys me was that it wasn't peak period and she could have just stand one or two inch away from me. It annoys me everytime I take the train especially during the peak hours. Been doing it like forever but I still get annoyed when such incidents happen..

Another annoying moment which I try hard not to think about but it still bugs me is the news about Salman-Priyanka bonding at night and she was spotted leaving his residence at 5am. Well of course I love him like crazy and he may not even know it but what annoys me is not the fact that Priyanka was spotted leaving his residence at 5am. The way it was reported as if the two of them were having private party while the rest of the people were partying at ETT's director's daughter birthday party. Well as a fanatic fan of his and past reports Salman and his family does hold their own party in the space of their own home. Seeing Salman bidding goodbye to Priyanka how do they know for sure that there aren't anyone present during "this private party"? Arpita is good friend with Priyanka so why can't they speculate maybe there is indeed a private party held at his home where only people close to him were presence? Why make it sound as if the two of them were doing something bad? To make things worse, I went on to read some comments that were being written about this Salman-Priyanka spotting. I regret reading them, I really do. Things people say or rather type without having to reveal their real identity can be vicious and mean! Good thing that Salman's ETT and Dabangg2 news were more overwhelming that the 5am spotting. I just hope this 5am spotting news would just die off, FAST.
